Hard to retrieve cards
It's very difficult trying to remove your cards because you can only grab them from the top. There needs to be a cut out at the bottom so that you can push the cards up and them grab from the top. Shame I have to return it because of that because it's a nice simple case.

Disappointed
The case is ok its good material but it doesn’t go all the way over the front edges of the phone when you have a card in. Which is the purpose of the case. I’m not going to get much use of the case because this is annoying and the power and volume buttons don’t line up. Also there was supposed to be a screen protector in the package which I did not receive.

The case was great to slip on the phone and feels snug. Though yes the card holder is hard to open and place cards. It will loosen over time. No issues there. Not all items described had been received. Only case was delivered and was missing the screen protector.
