used it once and now the springs are all the way down and you cannot put a paper into the slots to punch. This was my first review. I opened and closed the punch over and over again. A piece fell off. Now it works perfectly! Must have been a stop in it for shipping.

Super easy to line up and hole punch. The papers sometimes get suck and you have to keep readjusting it but other than that, works perfect!

This product was a huge disappointment. First, the plastic collection tray split, and was dropping the punch holes. I repaired this with duct tape. Next, the middle punch would not retract, and there was no way to open the device up to repair the problem. This was a piece of junk, and a complete waste of money. I would never buy this brand again.
