Review: Love it! - Absolutely love this fan! I mainly bought it because it was supposed to be very quiet at night, and it definitely lives up to that claim when you set it to the nightime setting. It’s really easy to set up using either the app or the remote control. It has plenty of speed settings. It’s powerful and keeps you cool — I don’t think I’ll ever need to use the full speed.

Absolutely love this fan! I mainly bought it because it was supposed to be very quiet at night, and it definitely lives up to that claim when you set it to the nightime setting. It’s really easy to set up using either the app or the remote control. It has plenty of speed settings. It’s powerful and keeps you cool — I don’t think I’ll ever need to use the full speed.

### ⭐ FAULTY PRODUCT AND ZERO HELP FROM DUUX CUSTOMER SERVICES.

I am very disappointed that not only was the product not fit for purpose but I have also been unable to get any assistance from the Duux customer service team. The fan developed a fault on the first day of use, becoming very noisy before I discovered one of blades had broken. I contacted customer services by email but received no response and was unable to get through by phone, the answer phone message informing they didn’t open until 9.00 am, it’s now 1.40 pm and still the same message. I have now had to arrange a return via Amazon, which is hugely inconvenient as I no longer have the original packaging. Very disappointed with both the product and the aftercare.
