These are so pretty, exactly what we wanted.We used these to tile the inner part of our fireplace (we have a bio-ethanol fire place, not a normal fire, I wouldn’t recommend these for an open fire) to catch the light and add something a bit more than plain white. They were easy for my husband to put in, felt like a good quality product and look gorgeous. I would definitely buy again.

Look great on my kitchen splash back would suggest an appropriately coloured or cream grout as white grout can make these tiles look dirty and the contrast of a coloured grout looks great !

Beautiful tiles and good to work with

These are lovely tiles. They look really effective and expensive. They are fragile and a little tricky to work with if you are doing DIY and please note the thickness before ordering. The seller assisted me with a problem that I had and was most helpful. RECOMMEND!

These tiles are incredibly thin so don’t look right as a wall / floor tile, would look lovely as a small item tiled project maybe

I think anyone who says they are hard to install is through lack of skill and patience.i am a novice and yes it took time but easy material to work with. Took 2 days. From ripping out fireplace n prepping to dusting off the haze. Yes they are thin but they are natural material, cant make shellfish grow their shells bigger for our uses. So I had a 1970s fireplace. I fillered it to get it bit more level then applied standard adhesive and a no scratch grout. Never done this before. Love the outcome, cost me £120 in materials n my own time.

Absolutely beautiful. Exactly what I was hoping for. We have a taupe mix version of this tile in our bathroom, that cost us a small fortune a few years ago. This box of 6 tiles was cheaper than what we paid for a single tile! They are exactly the same, just a different colour. They will look great in our new WC. Will update with photos in September when it's complete!

These are very thin tiles, but very pretty! When you grout them, use unsanded grout, because I think the sanded grout kind of removes the sheen. Very lightweight, and easy to install. We used Musselbound sticky paper, and so far, so good!!! Very elegant, and a good price. I recommend.

Wow! I could not be happier with how my kitchen backsplash turned out! I stand in my kitchen everyday and am filled with appreciation for how beautiful these mother of pearl tiles truly are. I have not had many people over yet to appreciate them as much as I do but I cannot wait to show off my unique mother of pearl tiles that no one else has! The color of these tiles is white grey iridescent so they color shift every color in the rainbow from pink to green they will pick up whatever color is next to it and the color with vary drastically depending on the light - warm, bright, morning and evening these tiles really keep changing and looking even more beautiful throughout the day into the night wow!The seller has been great and even reached out to me when I placed my order to discuss the project and any concerns I had. I had just the right amount of tile and am more than happy to share my pictures with the seller and this review.Installation was not easy - I recommend hiring someone with experience with mosaic or herringbone patterns. Cutting the tiles was done with snips but was not an exact science. Hours were spent cutting and placing the remaining half and quarter tile spaces - but it was a labour of love and shared by the entire family like one big puzzle.Thin set and sand free grout was used and I sealed the tiles with some marble sealer before grouting to make clean up easy.Overall more than happy with this pick for my backsplash. It has truly brought me joy in my life and will use it again when I redo my powder room upstairs.

Looks amazing! Very easy to install and to cut

Well, of these aren't the most gorgeous tiles! These worked great in my guest bathroom. These provide a luxurious feel...yet kinda beachy.Unfortunately, my experience was not the most positive. I had to order these multiple times, and each time, I was sent the wrong tiles. I initially wanted these but thought the pattern might be too busy, so I went with the same mother of pearl tiles but in a mini subway pattern. For whatever reason (I think the vendor mislabeled the boxes), I kept getting these. I eventually gave up and decided to stick with these after several attempts are getting the mini subway patterned ones. Then we started using these, and when I went to order more, I was sent the wrong ones all over again. I ended up getting a refund on the ones Amazon kept sending and had to order through Wayfair in hopes of getting what I needed to finish the project. I think my guest bathroom turned out amazing. It's got a very luxurious, spa-like feel. Although Amazon really ticked me off with the sending the wrong tiles 4 times, they did refund me and make me whole, so I'm not gonna bother complaining about it. I'm happy with these tiles and the bathroom!The tiles are gorgeous. You want them. Trust me.
