I Still Use My Dunlop Capo from 1980's
I already own the exact same capo from Dunlop, which I purchased back in the 80's. Would you believe it's about 40 years old and still works very well? Believe it. The plastic is very faded, and there's a little rust developing on the inside, but other than that, it works great. The rust doesn't affect playability and does not come in contact with the guitar or your fingers, but I thought, I've had this capo long enough, and that's why I decided to get another one. Due to their capo's longevity, simplistic design, and the minimal space it takes up, it was a no-brainer...Dunlop was the brand to purchase. Practicality and simplicity will never go out of style.

Better than most capos and definitely better than the same version without the adjustable strap
Much better than the non-adjustable strap version. If you use a capo and go way up on the neck to get that high pitch, this is the capo to buy. Forget the fancy expensive ones, especially the spring action ones. You'll wreck your neck with those. This one is cloth and is guaranteed safe! It's also pocket size. Try that with your spring capos!

awesome
i got this model because it has the adjustable belt loop to help fit any thickness of neck. it gets almost big enough to fit around my fat acoustic bass. how are these not in big guitar retail stores?? these are more portable and durable not to mention cheaper than even a shubb!---update--It actually does get big enough to capo my acoustic bass. Which is incredible because my bass has a very thick neck. Just had to play with it a bit to get it to fit.

Cheap, very functional and almost invisible to the audience ...
Cheap, very functional and almost invisible to the audience. Used it with nylon and steel guitars and with my viola, a Brazilian 10-string steel guitar and really 3njoued it. Still have to play a little bit more with it not to affect tuning at higher-than-4th-fret positioning but it otherwise fully met my expectations.

Not based on quality but misquided expectations.
Don't love that the impression is given that two will be sent. Yes, reading is crucial as it would have cleared up my confusion by saying one would be sent but when the initial picture is two I think there may be some intent on the part of the seller. I don't like feeling as if a company would allow a customer to even potentially make that mistake. But still, in the end, I should have read more carefully.

You need to be strong or it will buzz
I thought this looked like a good choice but I guess I am not strong enough to flip the toggle to a tight enough notch to keep my strings from buzzing. Fail! Unfortunately The String Store says the item must be returned in the UNOPENED packaging. Oh well…. Might as well toss it then :(

Great Capo - works on steel string well
I really like the adjustable strap for this. A curved capo would have been better for my guitar but they don't have adjustable straps so wear out more quickly and slip more easily. Good purchase for my needs.
