Let me explain you a simple thing about these supplement market, no genuine and good whey supplements will never increase your weight by 3 to 4 kgs if it does trust me ther is something fishy with those supplement either they are mixed with hormone growth factors or it must be a mass gainer filled with glucose and other factors. A good supplement for beginners it will make you increse about 2 to 3 kgs and for moderate builder for about 1 kg and accordingly for advance builder, and yes the result was perfect and good. Q3.diggestion issues? A. Depends on individual but for me it was ok. Q4. When to take? A. If you are with any medical condition like thyroid or any such issues better consume between noon to night.
