LG 4 star dual inverter2022 Model, Product delivery within 48 hrs to chennai, same day installation by LG, person was cooperative & did excellent job, clean & neat work, Need to see the performance further, will share it later (only draw back no side ways cooling operation through remote control, rest of the features are best in class (I was very upset of Daikin 5 star inverter which was last longing only 5 yrs with repeated breakdown & huge expenditures)

Been buying a few LG products and must commend on quality levels . The AC is supper silent , maybe even a ceiling fan will make mor noise at fast speed. Cooling is very fast.Had recently bought another brand from elsewhere again a dual inverter model . Seen some comments about LG overall cost however my experience on this and other LG products , seems they recruit good technicians not averse to dirtying the hands . I have a 60 cm thick outside wall , but have paid altogether only ₹ 2255/- only . This brand does not include a bracket for outdoor unit, but was charged a reasonable ₹650.The aforesaid other brand referred above had to pay about ₹4260 although they had a bracket included, because the rascal technicians got me their favoured core cutter with a diamond tipped drill. Very happy with the LG installation guys

Like the Air conditioner coming from LG, got delivered in 4 days and installation in next day of delivery. Like the product due to ac down the temperature of the bed room of size 120 sq ft from 32 to 25 in very short time span at 40% or 60% of option on remote.

Worst product and worst installation and repair service ever. No cooling at all……

It's a good AC. However the AC do not stop after it reaches set temperature. For eg. If we set 20c, then we see room temperature is 18c. Not sure what's the issue.Aslo LG customer support is very poor. If you have any issue with service center, you will find yourself scrambling with no escalation support.

LG split AC is good and value for money. The biggest issue is their local installation and service support that is far below average.LG customer support never called to schedule for installation as they are advertising in Amazon. After scheduling, the local authorized service centre never called. After 6 attempts and a week later, they showed up at 5.45pm, just 40 minutes to sunset to work outside. The installation guy came with no preparation, just hammer and drill. The local installation team does not have proper training and trying to handle it like you bought it for free and they were doing a favor.The local installation and service support in small town like mine in Tamil Nadu is very poor and badly managed by LG. I will have to wait and see how after sales support is going to be if there is any issue with the AC.

It's a great AC with fantastic cooling. Being inverter AC, it is very smooth and noiseless. It's cooling is just amazing and even 27 degrees will be cool enough

Updated review Update cooling is awsome 846units per year for 4 star AC which is great deal with this model installation was done all good good to purchase terrific product like 5 star gives 818 and this model 4 star gives 840 units not that much difference good to buy this model
