Can't go wrong with this buy.
Great storage for cds. So easy to assemble by one person. Easy instructions booklet. Beech colour will go with any room decoration. Very sturdy and the size is great. Loved it so much I brought two to go either side of the fire surround.

Crafty shelves
It was easy to assemble and it’s sturdy. However the shelves just sit on the shelf supports some move left to right as not a totally great fit, so be careful! I moved mine slightly when putting them in place assembling and the top shelf fell down and chipped the base slightly. I have now used some sticky fixers and a tiny amount of white tack to make sure they don’t move! Otherwise it’s ok and handy as a mini craft storage unit in my hobby room.

Go for it!
Surprise surprise, all the drill holes are in the right place! Instructions good, takes old guy one hour to build. I was left with 5 nails which I used to nail each shelf in from the back to stop them falling out, for which you will need a tape and an extra pair of hands to hold the shelf. All in all this reasonably cheap self build is worth the money. I would hope more Dads to write reviews like this to help other dads ;-)) PS DVDs slot in flat, not standing up if you need them in as well.

Easy to assemble
Easy to assemble. But, the lugs that hold each shelf in place are too large. This means that you have to leave a gap at each end of the shelves in order to fit your CDs on each shelf.

very disappointing
The CD/DVD rack was very very disappointing. The back board consists of two pieces taped together that then needs to be nailed in. Unfortunately the two pieces were different lengths ( one being 4 mm longer than the other and the sides) s leaving me with a choice of either part of it sticking over the top , it being unstable at the bottom or having to measure and shave the back piece myself ( a first for flatpack furniture) . Due to it coming with 24 nails to keep the back in place it involves quite ALOT OF HAMMERING and needs at least two people to construct , one to hammer and one to hold the back in place.The size of shelves were also quite disappointing as the shelves are only 19.5 cm across (the sides being much thicker than expected) making actual storage space offered less than expected.If you don't mind putting in an effort remeasuring and recutting the back and then hammering it then it might be worth buying but that certainly is not what I expected.

This unit is very easy to assemble and good quality.Looks sturdy and holds 49 plus dvds.I am very happy with purchase

Instructions are clear and basically simple to assemble
Screws that attach the base are soft so used my own. The supplied screw heads burred and the screws distorted when screwed in.It does look OK though. Being able to alter shelves to suit CDs or DVDs is a plus
