Feeling good so far

Been using this for over a week, got to say disappointed and won’t buy again. No effect in the gym and no itchy/spikey feeling

I really like this Alpha Zero One brand and now use a number of their supplements. They are clearly marked as being vegan and they take care to use vegetarian capsule shells. I like the fact these are in pouches that are easy to reseal, using less plastic than a bottle. They are reasonably price, especially impressive considering the quality of the ingredients.Here you are getting 120 easy to swallow capsules. The stated daily serving is 3 so this will last you just over a month. You get a decent dosage of 1500 mg and a very long expiry date so there is plenty of time to use this. Definitely one to consider, especially if you are vegan. It’s nice to get a quality vegan supplement at a decent price.

I take them before gym and it does seem to reduce the menopausal head sweats. Sometimes I take them when my feet are cold and it seems to help with that too!

Not as good as previous more expensive brand. Wouldn’t know the difference if I’d taken them or not.

Taking the recommended dose of 3 tablets to get “1500mg” I get no parasthesia (tingling sensation) something which I got every time using a different brand. Taking 5 tablets of this, still nothing. DOES NOT CONTAIN BETA ALANINE. AN ACTUAL SCAM. DO NOT BUY
