Decent product, works as intended
They are ties, what more can I say, they work as intended. I used them to bundle together a bunch of those plastic CD holders as I tried to downsize from all the cases and stuff, easy to flip through, put about 30-40 in one bundle and used the ties through the holes in the holders to help hold everything together and make it easy to flip through. Works well. no more plastic cases.

Great for Cable Managment
I personally used these for cable management in my PC build. These zipties grip well and are pretty tough. A little to thick for my purposes, but plenty thin enough for most people.
