Let me preface this by saying, I usually don’t write reviews on Amazon… this tool is amazing (so far.)I didn’t want to drop hundreds of monies on numerous micro-needling treatments and I love being a diy queen, so I took matters into my own hands :DI've only used the pen once so the long term effects, I will have to come back and update on: BUT, the set-up and price itself is 😍Prior to using this micro needling pen, I recommend looking up prior and after skin care to optimize your results <3 It’s extremely easy to set up and use, I just made sure I thoroughly read the instructions since this is dealing with such a sensitive part of my body. The needles are each individually wrapped. Which I love because it is guaranteeing sanitization. Now the pen itself is cordless. So easy to use and allows for range of movement. There are different settings and disposal tips which really allow for you to custom map your face for what areas you want to focus and penetrate.Can’t wait to come back and update on the results hehe.

I have to be honest and say that when I ordered this, I was expecting the vials to contain some sort of serum in them. My bad! They do not. I find that using my own serum after using this tool works just as well but that is an added expense I didn’t realize when purchasing. Don’t confuse it with other products that come with the serum like I did. That being said, I love how easy this is to use and I am seeing some results within the first 2 weeks that I have been using. I think that I need to use more on a regular basis before I see a more substantial result. I was a little afraid to use this at first and am currently only using the smallest needles but find that it does not hurt as expected and may try the longer needling soon. I do love the quality, the speed choices and that i can quickly add my serum after each use. I do wish they would include serum in the vials which would make it easier and all in one step. Definitely recommend if you have mature skin and want to see smoother skin.

I was a little skeptical of getting something like this off of Amazon, but I must admit I'm very happy with this MicroNeedler set. Easy to use and works well and the results on my skin are great. I was paying $200 per visit at the med-spa every 6 weeks!! Not anymore!

I was very skeptical about buying one of these machines on Amazon, as I use a powerful, professional plug in system daily at work. However purchased this due to good reviews. I just used this on my hubby for the first time today. He got amazing, immediate results after just one treatment! The skin got the right amount of erythema and there was some bleeding, which is normal. After his looked immediately toned and supple. I'd say this machine works as well as the pro one I use at work. However I don't know how long/well it would hold up if used all day/daily on multiple clients. I think it's great if you're looking to just use for yourself or someone else occasionally.

Was looking forward to using this device and checked it out as soon as it arrived. Not sure if the box should have been shrink wrapped but it was not - and there are NOT 20 cartridges in the box (more like 12), and there are no instructions or any other paperwork. Was I shipped a device that was used and returned?

Watch the Dr. Pen how to video so that you know what else to get. It’s fairly simple and saves loads of money. I spent less than $200 on everything I needed to make this successful and the supplies lasts for months and months. Vs going to a clinic to have it done and spending $100-$300 every month.My skin looks so good after. Pores are smaller looking and hopefully the more I do it, the more I’ll see my wrinkles shrink. Month 3 next week.

I bought this because it includes the multi-spectrum of infrared light, which many baseline microneedlng pens DO NOT offer. I’m a nurse by profession, so it is imperative to me to find research and confirmation of the benefits of what I apply to my physical mass. Everything I’ve read about microneedling after the age of 60 has recommended infrared therapy along with the micro-penetrating benefits of an electric pen. A roller was just not my cuppa, so I read up on exactly what I wanted from the microneedling experience. Sergund fits the requirements perfectly.Several beginner pin sizes come with the pen. Replacement cartridges are easy to buy and not overpriced. I plan to start with a simple Nano treatment, to see how my skin reacts. Conservative approach FIRST is ALWAYS the safest way to determine results and forward progress.I also have been using HAPPY HEAD hair growth serum for nearly a year, which contains minoxidil and dutasteride. I learned that microneedling my target areas can promote better hair growth, and infrared accentuates the progress and results. I suffer from androgenic alopecia (male pattern hair loss) due to heredity (thanks MOM!!!) and menopausal changes, plus a predilection for hypothyroidism. I’m on meds for my thyroid, but Happy Head has made at least at 50-75% difference. I still have frontal thinning, so microneedling will (hopefully) improve that.I am 68 years young. I work out 4-5 days a week, lifting weights. I wear a size four, and people truly gasp when they find out my age. I still work as a Nurse in a dynamic and progressive NICU; I will continue to do so until it becomes obvious that I can’t.
