Nice bracelet. Just received it. Too early to see how effective it is.

I have taken links out of many of my watches, from Michael Kors to Movado. This was the worst experience I have ever had trying to remove links. They bent, broke, making it impossible to even return the item. I ended up throwing the entire order in the trash. Do not recommend at all.

They didn't give the length of the bracelet, just said that it was adjustable. It is huge. It falls off over my hand. There is a tool enclosed but no instructions on how to use it. Ridiculous! Back it goes.
