Ya I don't know about they drills anymore I'm scared to buy a new one from them because this drill was 120$ every time I about to drill and I was told since it was starting to stop me starting to stopping I'd have to purchase a new one and I did three different times. Well I just purchased this new drill four months ago and now again starting at start been starting and stopping and not charging. I reached out to Melody Susie and they wanted a video of what the girl was doing which is kind of hard because it starts and start starts and stops and it's hard to get in a position of it doing that.also they should have on file from 4 months ago when they replaced the hand price for me. Since for months I have bought a new drill and had that same drill replaced 2 times. I don't know if I'll ever buy a drill again. I'm scared to especially if they don't not want to replace my whole drill with a brand new different model. DO NOT WASTE MONEY

This worked great for two years and for the past two months it will not charge or keep a charge.

Good quality product. It does the work. It just could be a slightly confusing when you’re first using and the only thing I don’t like is the sound it does when it’s turned to the other side.
