Great for hanging lightweight door privacy curtain
I bought this a couple years ago and it held up very well. My fault that it bent in the middle -- I had the tension rod adjusted very tightly into the doorframe but caught the curtain when entering carrying stuff, and the rod was pulled hard and bent. So I'm buying a replacement due to my carelessness.

Broke within a week
The rod cannot hold the light weighted curtain at all. The middle will bend easily. It was broken within a week. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Strong spring!
We used this product to cover our pantry door way with a curtain instead of a door. This spring is so tight when I adjusted it, it sprang back and hit my in my gonads. My guys were sore for a few days after, but the curtain looks great and the rod holds up.

Great rod
If you need more than 42 inches, this is too small. My opening is 42 inches and it did not work for me. I do like the smaller rods for window curtains but had to get a larger one for my 42 inch window.
