How do you remove the coollamp from the wall? seems impossible, it’s stuck. do you need special tools? mine are on wooden walls

The fixing plate has a very strong adhesive backing. Mine is attached to kitchen wall tiles & hasn't budged. The lamp itself is magnetised & sits in a corresponding indentation on the base plate. You just need to pull it away to remove, but the base plate stays in place.
