Had a lot of issues with urinary tract infection symptoms. This product definitely helps to keep those symptoms away and to alleviate those symptoms when they do show themselves. This is a very nice quality product. The flavor is good. It’s easy to mix in and drink. I definitely recommend trying this out if you have issues in that department. It is a good value for the money. Serving size is one scoop and there’s about 67 servings in the container. So it’s a pretty large container.

This product has been life changing for me! I was very prone to UTIs and also had issues maintaining a good vaginal PH for whatever reason. I kept a prescription of bactrim on hand because of the frequency of UTI infections I was experiencing. I hate taking antibiotics but, taking D mannose and cranberry supplements just wasn’t effective. For whatever reason this powdered drink has kept me free of infections and overall great urinary tract and vaginal health. I drink 2 scoops in a glass of water every morning when I first wake up. It’s delicious and not too sweet! I feel like the combination of D mannose, cranberry and probiotics it provides are just what I needed. I am so happy to have found this supplement 😁!

Amazing product!! I bought this for my 4 yr old daughter who had a uti. I wanted to avoid antibiotics. Her symptoms were urgency to pee and when she would pee not a lot came out. I took an at home test that showed she had a trace of leukocytes, no nitrites. I first gave her natures way pills and started slowly. 2 of those equal 500 mg. I first gave her one pill a day and then 1 and a half pills a day and then two pills a day. And then it started to show a difference with less urgency to Pee, but it wasn’t done. I ended up buying this stuff. I gave her on day 1, a half a scoop, then another scoop later in the day. Day 2 I gave her one scoop in the morning and another in the afternoon. Day 3 I gave her the adult dosage of 3 full doses a day. I gave her water to drink with it. And after 3 weeks of dealing with all this (she is home with me full time) she is clear. I ended up taking her to the urgent care because i ended buying uti test strips and her ph was not at a good level or so I thought. Urgent care ended up telling me there is no need to worry about pH. They took a sample and they reported to me this morning that she is negative so I use it for my four and a half year-old and it was amazing!!

I have a horrible uti. I was initially taking the d-mannose pills & the uti barely improved. I read that the powder is more effective & it is. I am taking a much higher & more frequent dose. That appears important to kill of the e coli. I am filling a large mason jar of water, adding 2 scoops, & sipping on it for 3 hours. Then repeating. For a severe uti you should drink the powder for 7 days & gradually decrease the amount. I did find that this is upsetting my stomach. However it’s worth it to not have an infection. Drinking some baking soda can help with the pain. Also d-mannose can give you a fungal infection from the sugar. May want to be taking S boullardi to help avoid a yeast infection.

Bought it for one medical issue, but it seems it's also helping with my cycles! Will come back with an update after I've finished it. Good size and worth the purchase. Didn't notice any side affects. It is pretty sweet though, so keep this in mind when purchasing. I'm not big on sweet drinks.

It works! Felt a UTI coming on, started drinking a scoop with water every 4 hours and the next day completely gone!!! I will continue to use daily as a prevention. Taste like cranberry.

Im going to get a little more personal then I’m comfortable with in this ‘review’. If I can help even one person who went through what I went through, it will be worth it. My struggle with chronic UTI’s started when I entered a new relationship 6 years ago. I had never had a problem with them before but in the first year I had 12 UTI’s. I saw a urologist, I went on medications that didn’t help and had nasty side effects, my body was probed inside and out and I was told everything looks healthy and normal but the UTI’s continued. My last UTI was April of 2022. I was so distraught I was ready to tell my partner I couldn’t be in a relationship anymore because I couldn’t have sex. For me, UTI’s are painful, uncomfortable and embarrassing. I couldn’t bare going to my doctor AGAIN for another round of antibiotics. I went down an internet rabbit hole as I had many times before. This time I came across a ‘miracle’ product called uqora. It’s expensive and looked like something I’d have to take everyday for the rest of my life so I kept researching. I learned the main ingredient in the product is D-mannose. A product that has solid science behind its benefits for flushing bacteria from the urinary tract. I was surprised my doctors never mentioned it to me! I couldn’t find it at any of my local drug stores so I turned to Amazon. This stuff works. I’ve tried a few different kinds and they all work. I like this one because it has the maximum dosage and a probiotic (it does unfortunately cause diarrhea in high doses). I use another brand that comes in individual packets when I’m traveling and I use a capsule sometimes too. Once I figured out what worked for me I didn’t have to take it everyday. I take this one before (or immediately after) having sex and usually 1 dose a day for a day or two after. If I feel the tell tale signs of a UTI I’ll take 2 doses in a day. I asked my doctor about the amounts I was taking and all she said was she had heard of it and knew of the benefits but didn’t know much else about it or how the dosage effects the body. This product definitely needs to stay in the fridge. The first container I bought solidified because I did not refrigerate it. It’s worked for me, I hope it will work for you too!

This was not what I expected. The Manatose I got in individual tube packets was tasteless so I put it in my coffee. This is very very sweet with a citrus flavor—quite unexpected—so I can only use it in drinks like orange juice.

Excelente producto, tiene buen sabor y me ah ayudado con las infecciones en vías urinarias. Es un producto vegano y que contiene probióticos que ayudan a la flora intestinal. Adentro viene su cuchara medidora.

What I liked about this product is the combination of D- Mannose 2000mg Cranberry and Probiotics ! They all work in synergy to prevent UTI! It took a while to work but now I haven't had a UTI for months I'll be ordering more soon!
