Good Quality
This is a good quality, pretty decent frying pan, that’s very well-made with a good granite non-stick coating, and an unusual (Bakelite), and comfortable handle. The frying pan is suitable for all hob types (including induction). The pan is cast aluminium, so not heavy, but certainly not insubstantial feeling. (with a decent tough finish outer). There are good and clear included instructions on how to use and care for it.Surprisingly, this frying pan doesn’t appear to be Dishwasher or oven safe, which is a pity. It is easy to clean, however. The pan definitely cooks nice and evenly (we have induction hob) and food just lifts / slides straight from the pan, without any sticking at all, leaving the pan very easy to clean, with just a wipe. The frying pan is as noted, quite light, but not flimsy in any way –a pan that’s undoubtedly made to last. There is no lid included either, just a standard frying pan.Overall, this is an excellent quality frying pan, shame though it isn’t dishwasher safe, and no lid or oven safe. Whilst the product listing and box includes the various hob types this is suitable for, they aren’t shown on the underside like others, which is a shame. Good all-round though, generally.I hope this is helpful.

Definitely non-stick
I think this high quality frying pan is good value for money and I have been really pleased with it so far.The pan was well-packaged and I liked the speckled effect on the pan.Buried in the product listing, it says that this is dishwasher safe, although there seems to be a lot of emphasis on it being easy to clean by hand. I haven’t noticed a deterioration yet in putting it through the dishwasher, but I imagine this is something that will happen over time. The pan is a practical, large size. I like the versatility of it. I have used it on the BBQ and my gas stove and I like how neatly it fits without having any wobble. The handle does not get hot when cooking and it has so far proven to be definitely non-stick.With its uses so far, I am really pleased with its performance and I hope that this is a pan that lasts.

The handle is the first plastic developed: bakelite. It will not be oven safe.
This worked well especially a good test with the fry up I included, and it was getting a good heat and crisp bacon and fried bread was evenly browned. This has been tested on my induction hob.The handle sadly is not oven-proof nor as robust as a metal one would be. It is instead made of plastic: the first plastic ever made, which is called bakelite. It will tolerate some heat up to 150 celsius so will be ok under a grill as the handle is kept out of a grill, but not in an oven unless you were using 140 degrees or less to be safe in case your oven has hotspots or risk a molten handle and unusable frying pan.It is a lovely size though with fast heat transfer and so I think 4 stars is fair.

Decent size but wobbly handle
As my husband does most of the cooking, this review is based on his experience. He likes the size of the pan for cooking main meals and is impressed with the non-stick finish and the way it cleans up well, even if there has been a slight amount of over-cooking.The main problem with the pan is the handle. After only four days it had worked its way loose – not to the point of falling off but certainly wobbly, meaning my husband was wary when lifting it. Even tightening the screws only has a limited effect. A real shame, as this is an attractive and useful pan in all other respects.

Very good
Very lightweight and so far non-stick. I've used it to fry eggs, garlic, chilli, braise asparagus and mushrooms and make fresh tomato pasta sauces and had no problems with any of them. The handle is nicely ergonomic but quite ugly and makes the pan seems cheaper than it otherwise seems. The fact that it's so lightweight means that it is quite thin and mine arrived somewhat out of shape but because it is quite malleable I was able to reshape it without much effort. At the moment I prefer it to one that cost twice the price and am happy to recommend.
