Bad product,worse customer care

Kurta, palazzo and dupatta set was ordered but delivery was without dupatta. Kurta was a misfit and stitching is bad.Informed the customer service immediately.They made me talk to a different team for verification.They gave a pickup slot.the pickup person came and refused to accept saying that there is no dupatta
