I started talking 1000 mg of reishi mushrooms every day to help control my blood pressure. My blood pressure pill was not enough. So I take reishi mushrooms, magnesium, and vitamin d3 together, and it brought my pressure down to around 116 / 68.

Reishie helps me sleep, but where I live, it's hit or miss when it come to availability. I've only just started taking this brand, so I can't say much about it yet, but it is a good value.

Wonderful product. Helps me fall into deep REM sleep. My insomnia is non-existent these days. I recommend. The 10:1 strength is what you want for Reishi extract to truly be effective.

I was diagnosed with a high grade of prostate cancer and I had a radical prosectomy. 4-years later the cancer returned. I was told by a technician to start taking Reishi Mushroom pills. I decided on this brand due to its high concentration bland and other benefits it offers over other brands. I have been cancer free for 8-years and just was cleared again last week. I take this supplement regularly. Reishi mushrooms are supposed to help with your immune system. I notice they do help with blood pressure.

It gave me an upset stomach because they were tablets.

Every thing is good. I really haven't been taking the Reish mushrooms long enough for them to start working. It takes at least two weeks beforeyou start seeing the benefit.Thanks Bill.
