No, the handles can' t be removed and reinstalled.

Q: Can these be used to chip the edge of granite for a cheese board?

They are strong enough, yes? But it wouldnt be a clean cut. You'd be better off with a grinder and a masonry wheel I would think.

Q: Are these what I need to fix a heaved long crack in my concrete patio?

Manually that type of job is a bit too intensive for hand chisels. The best and easiest way is to rent a concrete saw from a local tool rental company. Mark a rectangle or square around heaved area of concrete to cut out with the saw. Once you have your square cut you cut it into smaller pieces or attempt to break by hand with sledge hammers or chisels. The larger the area the more power equipment youll need for certain.
