FoodSaver® Reusable Gallon Vacuum Zipper Bags

We have a Zwilling handheld food saver machine, and these bags work perfect with it. Very good quality, easy to clean for reuse. They hold their vacuum seal very well. I highly recommend these.

I started making my dogs food about 6 months ago and was going thru a lot of ziploc bags. Decided to buy these zippered reuasable food saver bag. They are easy to use (just use the included black zipper tool to ensure a good seal). I used the accessory attachment on my food saver and it worked great. So far have used to store/freeze ground beef and carrots. Will also use for freezing cooked rice. Highly recommend so far. Have not tried to wash and reuse them yet. Will update review if they do not hold up.

These Foodsaver reusable gallon-size vacuum zipper bags are a great option for food storage. The large size easily fits four chicken breasts, making them perfect for meal prepping or bulk storage. Using them with the hand vacuum is simple and effective, and with 10 bags in a pack, there are plenty for multiple uses.One of the biggest conveniences is that they’re microwave-safe for easy thawing and work great for sous vide cooking, holding up well in hot water. However, one of the bags stopped sealing after just one use, which was disappointing. Most of them have worked fine, but durability could be improved.Overall, these are versatile and easy to use, making them a great choice for anyone looking to vacuum-seal food without the waste of single-use bags. Despite the occasional sealing issue, they’re still a solid purchase.

These bags work great! They are the perfect size for most of my needs. They are so much easier to use than the rolls that you have to cut. They have kept my food fresh for months in the freezer. As long as you turn the bags inside out when you are done, they are very easy to clean. I never used the bags before and I was amazed at the suction power using the hand held suction. Great value!

convenient for leftovers. Sometimes it seems to not seal so good and other times no problem but beats getting the machine out and cutting a bag for some leftovers

I bought these because my original bags that came with my Foodsaver were few and I wore them out. I wish I knew about these new ones sooner as they are sunstantially better ! The sealer valve is better, the construction of the bag is better, the zipper(?) is better. I give these babies a workout on a regular basis and you can wash them out and reuse them . They are also freezer and microwave safe and probably good for sous vide baths for meat & fish plus. Buy 2 boxes because you'll find out you need them once you figure all the uses .

I like that they’re made to be reusable, so less wasteful. However, they just aren’t that good yet. The zipper uses a little tool to help it close, but it would be better if they didn’t need it. The bag is a bit stiff to easily put food into, and it doesn’t seem to hold as much as a ziplock freezer bag. These might be better if they had a box base? You can’t just flip over the top when filling it because it’s not really flexible enough, and if you were successful, it probably would make the opening too small. For all the complaining about them being stiff, they still won’t hold themselves upright in the dishwasher, and they are not super easy to hand wash, so…If you get the zipper done up correctly, they do seem to hold their seal well. So overall, I love the concept, but am underwhelmed by the actual product. I hope they keep innovating, but in the meantime, this ain’t it.
