This may was relatively easy to pack as it folds rather than rolls. I used it on a yoga retreat and the floor was concrete. I found the sponginess adequate.

Well made and folds up easily fitting into inside pocket of carry on suitcase. Ideal gym mat on the go, especially if staying in places without gym/exercise facilities. Mat itself seems to be of good quality, thick enough to use on hard floor without adding too much weight in case. Only marked down by one star as had a faint musty smell to the mat.

I was expecting this to be as bright as the picture, it is instead a much softer pink

I am taking this with me anywhere I go. It fits perfectly in a carry-on or in a backpack. Still takes more space than I would wish, but what you can do? The other option would be a towel...The mat is less thick than a regular roll-out yoga mat, but you have to sacrifice some comfort when you are travelling. Just put it on top of a carpet in a hotel. Tried it on a wooden deck - a bit hard, but you can bend it double or triple for excercises on your knees or elbows. Overall, good product, nice colour, serves its purpose. Recommend.
