A miracle as far as I'm concerned. Have been battling with chronic urticaria (also solar urticaria.. but it's not just the sun that sets it off.. I'm a mystery) for a few years now and haven't been able to find anything that helps other than taking prednisone when I had hives that wouldn't go away for MONTHS at a time. (If you don't know about prednisone, it's a steroid that you should only use when absolutely necessary.)I've tried all types of anti-histamines, prescribed and OTC topical ointments, and vitamins to no avail. I have a feeling the urticaria is due to some sort of autoimmune disorder. Even got an ANA test but was negative for lupus... Doctor told me I was "chasing a ghost". Even if I am chasing a ghost.. I still need some relief in the meantime from all this damn ghost hunting.So I looked up "liver supplements" / "immunity support" on Amazon and up popped this. I read the reviews and figured I should just take a leap of faith. Well let me tell you.. I am SO HAPPY THAT I DID! SUPER DUPER EXTRA SUNSHINE HAPPY! Seriously. I feel like I hit the jackpot.The taste is definitely unpleasant and is comparable to a dirty, peppery, garlic-y, mushroom. However, it IS manageable. Imagine you are a child eating your first mud pie. It's a lot like that.. except a little more seasoned.Whenever I start to notice hives I start taking 6 of these a day.. 3 in the AM and 3 in PM. After about 2-3 days I am virtually hive free and a lot less itchy. I'm sure it probably has other positive side effects as well.. but for me... this was the best possible outcome. I'm just hoping that it continues to work for me in this manner. I'll try to keep this review updated.

I've been taking these vitamins for years. This brand is the best. While I've tried others, I always return to this one. I stay well through the winter months. My digestive system also has benefits from this. I have recommended this to many family members and they are having positive results for their immune system also.

MIRACLE! I have a terrible immune system after years of antibiotics. I get sinus infections monthly and any other kind of bacterial infection comes quickly. I get sick all the time, in fact I rarely feel heathly. I never used to have allergies until about 10 years of taking antibiotics, now I'm allergic to pet dander, seasonal allergies, as well as gluten and lactose! :( Not fun!!I feel so sensitive to products, I have to keep super clean and just hate always being on the edge of my seat trying not to get sick. I also really hate feeling so crummy every day (fatigue, headaches etc). I eat super healthily, and almost no processed foods. I don't eat what I'm allergic to either! I do the neti pot every day along with saline sprays and get allergy shots weekly. I've noticed some improvement but I still have sinus pain and headaches daily.I bought these on a whim and love them! I take 3/day and feel great, more if I'm sick. I ran out and didn't take them for a couple months and got whammed with a sinus infection, flu, and bacterial skin infections all in that 2 month time span! Needless to say I'm ordering these again and in bulk!!
