Gives me the energy and pumps that I oh so love, caffeine per scoop is sitting somewhere around 315mg, I like to add 1/2 a scoop more just to get closer to the 400mg range cause I have high tolerance😇

I put this inside my redbud this morning. I like it ,but I was feeling a little hot! Inside. Not sure why? I took it at 5:30am I was ok by 8am I like it cause I didn’t need all that energy after the gym.

Some of the best Pre-workout I’ve used
This is some of the best pre-workout I’ve taken. I have taken a lot of different pre-workouts, Mr. Hyde, C4, Ryse etc. This surpasses them all. The focus is amazing. The workouts have been intense as well.

As Advertised
Never wrote a review but this is necessary.. all the reviews saying this product is a lot is the truth. Like most people on here I’ve been working out for 15+ years and have tried A LOT of pre workouts. I typically like rotating unless I really like something. I work out at 6am everyday and was looking for something to get me moving, read the reviews and this seemed like a good fit..This product will make your heart beat out your chest, give you cold sweats, and make you jittery. HOWEVER, I do fast paced work out, and once I started my routine it gave me a really good pump and side effects were hardly noticeable. Overall had a really good workout. I imagine if you take breaks in between sets this will be an awful product for you. But if you’re fast paced and getting after it, it works as advertised. Post work out effects are pretty brutal, I recommend half scoop and getting after it right away, don’t let the effects kick in pre workout.Don’t buy this product if you’re a novice and want to try pre workouts, buy this if you’re willing to work through the effects and really want a kick in the a**. 4 out of 5 for me but understand the 1 star reviews.. good luck.

Great Preworkout. Some may get a little jittery but if you like to get pumped up, in the mood, and role in the gym, this is the ticket. Love Insane Labs Products.
