Got the job done!
Used it for replacing fascia 30ft up. Was fairly stable as long as you followed the directions and used proper bracing. It was a bit sketchy lowering, you had to kneel down put one foot on the release lever while operating the crank. It was an affordable way to get the job done fairly safely.
