Product arrived in a timely manner and in good condition. I ordered the 4800 lumen 5000 K model. Subjectively they appear to be as bright as my 300 W halogen lamps that seem to burn out every 6 months and usually during the winter. I am looking forward to a good deal more longevity. The only critic I have is that the U-bracket is not big enough to permit a 360 degree rotation. Pretty nit picky and certainly not enough to affect the 5 star rating.11/2019 update. One of the four lamps purchased about two years ago failed. Payback was about 1 year so it was a monetary plus and the other three are still functioning. Another big plus is that I didn’t have to make any changes in the winter.12/23/19 Did a tear apart on the most recent failure and found the moisture seal intact and functional and no degradation in the input line or related sealant. Also, the the silicon heat conducting grease is present and in good shape. So the ultimate failure appears to be a PC board related failure2/20/20 I have five of these scattered around 2 sides of the house and they shine out about 50 meters and last about 8000-10000 hours with some a bit longer. I’d like to get out to 70-80 meters and so will try the 100 watt version on the next go.5/13/20 Judging from my recent experience I would guess that the life expectancy of these lights is around 700-1000 hours. Then the failure occurs in blocks (apparently the LED’s are powered in groups and I would further guess there to be about four groups). Additionally, LED’s are very long lived and the only reason I can think of for this premature failure is that the LED’s are being overdriven (applying to high of a voltage compared to component specifications) to get more lumen output per LED. I think I may try a different brand but most likely they are all made by the same Chinese manufacturer.

These don’t last
Loved the light output, but none of this style light seem to last. This one made it almost a year and a half with with only using on average a couple hours each night.... not sure what the reason for failure is...maybe they can’t dissipate the heat....or just cheap components to begin with? So plan on every year or so spending another $20-30 to replace. I guess that’s the tradeoff for energy saving....throw-away product that needs to be replaced more often for a higher price. :-(Update11/26/21—I took the failed lights apart and found that its extremely thin design is due to integrating the leds driver onto the circuit board the led’s are mounted to. It makes for an extremely thin light... the problem with the design is that they use 4 screws and some thermal paste to transfer and dissipate the heat. The screws mount in four corners of the circuit board and looks like the center, where the leds are, bows out away from the aluminum heatsink case material. The thermal paste looked as though it never came in contact with the back of the case. This leaves the center of the circuit board not touching the heatsink, and probably what caused the leds to burn out. I’d bet a small adjustment to how the circuit board mounts would make this last much longer, probably just by adding 2more screws to hold it down better. I would not buy again without purchasing the warranty.

These lights are BRIGHT!
I've used LED headlights on my bike while riding through the woods at night so I know how great they are. I bought a pair of these to replace one over the hill screw in 100W floodlight and to add another light at the back of my house. Installation was simple and pretty straightforward. I used anchor sleeves to make sure they stay put, even in the strongest wind. I couldn't wait until dark so I could see how bright they were. And, bright they are!! So bright, in fact, that the light spilled over onto my neighbor's house. I climbed up the ladder and practically had to point the lights straight down so they wouldn't annoy or bother others. These aren't spot lights but as the name infers, flood lights. They'll flood just about everything with their powerful output! But, that aside, if you want light, these are the way to go. And, as opposed to halogen or incandescent bulbs, these will operate for just pennies a day and last indefinitely.
