Exact replacement for part on my Insinkerator.The original had corroded badly and this half of the twist fitting isn't included in the rebuild kits sold at big-box hardware stores.

Why is this not included in the mounting bracket?
I bought the mount at Home Depot after I replaced the gasket and still had a leak. My disposal was apparently popping off the mount, so I thought a new one would do the trick. For whatever reason, this flange is not included, and its all I needed to fix the leak! Now it's a bit pricey, being $10 compared to the $17 for the bracket pieces, but it is all I needed to solve the problem. It would be nice to have this included in the replacement kits though, just saying. Moen included it in their kit.
