I ordered one and the battery was dead on arrival, I spent 45 minutes trying to pop the back case with various knives and screwdrivers, finally got the back off, replaced the battery, and it still didn't work. This seems to be a somewhat common problem judging by other reviews. However, I returned and replaced it, and the one I have now works well and with style! If it lasts a year without dying on me I may bump up my rating, but for now I'm still wary of its longevity due to my initial experience.

I am really pleased with this watch. I bought it because: 1) It is made by Seiko; 2) The price is almost too good to be true; 3) It looks good in the pictures. So, I bought it and crossed my fingers . . . and I could not be happier. Looks great; light to wear, yet feels sturdy; and seems to keep great time. I wish it had a second hand, but all things considered, this is a really great buy.

This watch is a great accessory for an elegant evening out. It looks great and keeps accurate time.
