Sure, it says DISTRIBUTED BY Carlson, just like it says tested in an FDA registered facility. Carlson may sell it, but apparently they didn't make the stuff, and don't own the "FDA registered" facility they had test it - neither does FDA have anything to do with supplements. Easy to come away thinking that it's made in USA and approved by the FDA - NOT!!
