Didn’t think will have to add a down comforter in Texas but this last Feb and March’s had been a bit unusual with some days much cooler forcing I have to add a layer of bedding and I’m happy with this economic option since we don’t use down as much in North Texas. Got the queen size and glad not too heavy, and rather quite light for the kids. Very soft and warm but not stuffy.

I recently got a new bed so naturally I got new bedding. This comforter has the perfect blend of weight, temperature, breathability, and ensured even distribution of filling. It also looks nice. The one thing I was surprised about was the texture of the microfiber it’s a little noisy but since I am under a sheet you don’t really notice.

I am extremely happy with this comforter. It is top quality especially for the price.

I thought the reviews mentioning the smell might have been overreacting, but they were absolutely right. I bought two, and I had to wash them a few times with borax and vinegar to get rid of the smell. They smell the worst when they are wet ( very intense wet dog smell), but the smell is now basically gone once they dried. I will keep washing them to see if it ever fully goes away, but at this point, it is undetectable through the duvet cover. The price point is pretty good for what you get. I'd recommend it, just be ready to wash them to get rid of the very intense wet dog smell before using it.

I really like it as it is lightweight but will also work in Winter with another comforter or blankets- it absolutely stunk up the entire room, so I read the reviews and others said they washed it with bleach and some vinegar with the detergent and so far the smell is now very low almost not noticeable - I also sprayed it with a lavender and lemon aromatherapy mist spray that I had and that helped too! For a little extra work, I scored a great down for a great price!
