Wasn't "as clear" as I thought it would be, but still good product. Was packaged very good and arrived sooner than expected.

The picture was a clear piece. I received a cloudy crystal. I would not have ordered had I known I was receiving a cloudy crystal. DO NOT BUY

Good customer service. Replaced twice but each had cracks rendering unusable.
