Did the job perfectly
I was only able to find fire proof spray paint in black at all of my local home improvement stores so I had no choice but to pay $25 instead of the average $5 for a can of this stuff. However one can was enough to make over my whole fireplace (from black to Bark Brown) and the change is huge. I had to do several coats and I still have some of the can left over. Such an easy way to update your fireplace. Also shipped quicker than it originally estimated.

Great color selection!
Hard to find brown color. Applied and followed “baking” instructions. Appears to be very durable finish. Wish I had bought this manufacturer’s primer.

Worked great!
Bought the barn brown to paint our chimenea. Turned out great. It took nearly 2 cans to cover since it was previously tan. Barn brown is a dark brick red color so it matched well with our deck stain.

Color didn’t match
Did not match the color of the cap. Thought it would be a dark brown, but was more of a brown with a hint of red.
