I would not hesitate to recommend this.The reason I didn't give this 5 stars is because this piece is much thinner than I expected. You know how you get air pockets when you put a screen protector on your phone or computer? This does that on the counter. It's manageable though.Other than that, it is very good. No sliding on the counter and the length measurements are great to use. Most of the weight and liquid measures are not so helpful (to me anyways) as different ingredients have different weights. I love not having to sanitize my counter, flour it, knead, then clean it up again when I'm done! I simply tap this out in the sink, then wipe it with a wet cloth.

Large, but great product
I've never used one of these before but it's very large to use with a pan. It's my only complaint, but that's ok. I didn't get it to use with a pan. I wanted the circle sizes for use with making keto pizza dough. I do love the conversions on the side. It's very useful

I just love my new BobyChef pastry mat
I just love my new BobyChef pastry mat! I have a tiny kitchen with little counter space so I have to use my kitchen table for baking prep. The extra large size allows me to do this without making a mess on the table. The measurement charts on the mat are a big plus! Thank you BobyChef and Amazon for a great product!
