Good machine. The noise is not too bad, more than my refrigerator but well worth the luxury of having countertop ice for a wheelchair bound Mom in my home.I would purchase it again.

Please take heed, this product will break on you two months after the return window closes. Lights are flashing, ice shovel keeps waving and no ice is producing.

It's very nice product, easy to use.

One size bullet ice let sit 24 hrs before first use to let coolant settle after shipment. Then wash out. Holds 4-6 cups of water and let it run to condition the machine will be slow at first but now it it works great and very quiet for an ice machine. Just be patient when getting it going it is sooo worth it.

I like having ice and not halfing to try and fit it in the freezer

Makes good size ice. But it’s not 100 % frozen. It’s a little wet. So when you put in freezer you have to break it apart when it freezes together. I try to brake it an hour after I put in freezer. Breaks much easier

Arrived very well packaged,removed from the box and read the instructions which said let the machine stand for 24 hours,to let the refrigerant settle. Washed out the unit first when we were ready to make some ice,and loaded the water to the level line,closed the lid and with one easy button press set it in action.Went to do other things and came back to a tray of ice "cubes" which only used half of the water so emptied out the tray and set it in action again ,we ended up with quite a few ice "cubes".Very quiet and efficient, seems to be well made,only time will tell but if the initial impression is anything to go by it will be a good machine.

Arrived and plugged it in. Waited the requisite amount of time for all the coolant to settle, filled it up and pressed go… and go it did. The first ice cubes came out about 10 minutes later and it just kept on going. I think I put in 1.5l of water and it made a surprising amount of ice. Seems to work really well. Used it a couple of times and no complaints.I would recommend.

Only wish I had purchased sooner, ice in minutes, other family members have now purchased because it saves hassle and space in the freezer. Turn off when you don’t need it, turn on when you do. Easy to clear, water drains away simply.

Now this is my favourite gadget! Makes ice quickly, stops making ice when basket is full and automatically starts making again when you’ve taken some out. You can left basket to fill back up with water even if full of ice. It literally does what it says on the box.
