Scent was lemony, but not a fresh citris smell. Smelled earthy or just off, not what I expected.

Crysalis 100% Pure Natural Calendula hydrosol spray is my first hydrosol. I love calendula salve and find it very effective for skin irritations so I figured I'd see how this was. I really did not understand the product but luckily they spell it out right on their packaging and bottle as to what it is exactly and I got to say I am starting to love this stuff. It comes in a plastic spray bottle which sprays rather heavily as opposed to a thin mist. It does have an odd smell. I don't find it unpleasant exactly and if it gets on my lips, I don't find it very good at all, but on the skin it is refreshing. It helps soothe my skin from itchiness to redness to bug bites. If I think about this product, I assume they are making stuff out of the product left behind during essential oil manufacturing so that means it is using something that might have been thrown out and creating a great and effective product and to me that is a win-win situation. Mind you I am not exactly sure but I am a fan of the product itself regardless in how they obtain it.

The liquid within is wonderful I love the smell and effects. However the spray bottle itself hardly sprays. I can usually get 3 spritz at a time and then it's done for around 24 hours, almost like there's some time lock lol.

Smells a bit like orange, no neroli/orange blossom smell. Disappointing. Might as well just buy orange blossom water at the grocery, a spray bottle and DIY neroli face spray. Don’t waste your money on this product.

First of all, the plastic, sealing the cap to the spray top and rim of the bottle, had been cut all around, and the bottle opened, as it also looked like the bottle was less full as it reasonably should have been. I feel that the quality of this Cucumber hydrosol is poor, as it doesn't smell at all like Cucumber, and not really like anything. I've found another hydrosol that smells wonderfully like cucumber, is 100% natural of course, and feels great. I cannot recommend purchasing this Crysalis Floral Water.
