Size mediumI originally ordered an X-Large but it was too big. After lookin at other reviews and videos ofPeople wearing the belt I decided I needed a size medium. Instead of returning the belt I contacted the company and they were very helpful at getting me the correct size. This is a great company to work with. I would highly suggest you buy from them. The belt is very comfortable and well-made.

I have issues with my lower back and wanted some extra support. Being only 5 feet, I find many belts just too wide. This belt is perfect. I am normally a small , but I was unsure of exact size to order for maximin support all around. I like the ends of my belt completely touching or slight overlap. when I received my belt, I notified the number that arrived with it. In less than an hour I received a response from Benj. The customer service was great, and advice I received was very helpful. Company sent another belt so I could compare sizes.
