Great Product
This product is a game changer for anyone with mixed hair. All my kids use this and we order from here because the store website takes forever to ship. Price, and quality of product is good. Light weight, and helps with the curl. Sometimes the nozzle gets clogged but the product is not too thick.

Great product. Poor pump spray mechanism.
The product is great so far after a few days. Unfortunately, the pump mechanism is a horrible experience. Im pouring it into my hand. I think it is ultimately too thick for the pump.

Great natural hair products
Awesome product for thick kinky hair. One of the best products I’ve ever used and I used quite a few. I do find the price of it to be a bit much, but it is worth it a little cause a long way.

Good product, but spray pump is defective
The quality of this product is very good, and it serves its purpose of hydrating and softening my natural hair. I purchased the 3oz and 12oz bottles, but quickly realized the spray pump on both was a total failure in dispensing the product on my hair. I became so frustrated that I purchased a clear bottle with its own sprayer to transfer the product which now is operable and dispenses a fine mist. Problem solved! SUGGESTION: Invest in an effective spray pump/nozzle.

Smells delicious, but works hard to separate and define afro America hair types. I just love it. Great product!

Great Hydrating solution for curls....if you could actually use it
Looked up many reviews on different sites and this is a problem everywhere. The hydrating mist solution is great but very thick and sticky...so much so that the spray nozzle that comes with the bottle gets clogged and basically defective after 1-2 uses. I tried a bunch of things to get it to work: soaking the nozzle in hot water for a while and using the nozzle with a cup of hot water to flush it out, very aggressively shaking the bottle before use, and I even took some solution out and mixed in water to dilute it a bit. Unfortunately, nothing worked. I purchased some replacement nozzles and tubes but each one would get clogged up the same. The folks at the Pattern company need to stop being so cheap and invest in a nozzle technology that works with this solution. Until that happens, they won't be getting any more money from me.
