Tub Shower Faucet Set with Handheld

This shower head is wonderful! It looks beautiful and well made, not cheap at all. It has a nice weight to it, the temperature control is smooth and works well and the components all work as they should. The dual shower head is so nice! The static head has a lovely, large spray to it and adjusts nicely. The smaller hand held has a nice long hose, good pressure in the spray, adjusts nicely and is so convenient when bathing a toddler or rinsing off. There is a little toggle switch so you can choose one head or the other or even both if you prefer. The water pressure when using both heads is still great and evenly disbursed which makes for a great shower! I could not be happier with a faucet/shower set up than this one has made me. I don't need a new shower head in my other bathroom but I'm seriously considering buying another and installing it. Oh and installation was simple and easy to do with the directions that came with it. The price for what you get with this one is fantastic.

This set is a great deal compared to other expensive brands. The packaging was really well put together, none of your pieces will come scratched because they each come in their own foam cubby. The shower handle, tub spout, shower arm and flange are all metal and feel high quality. My only gripe with this set is that the shower heads are plastic and feel a bit cheaper than the rest of the set. However, they still look great. Just unsure how they will hold up over time. Also the handle on the handheld shower head, doesn’t really fit all the way down in its hole, the design could be better on this to ensure a snug fit. There is a gasket so it won’t fall out, it just doesn’t go all the way down in the holder hole. The other concern for some might be the shower valve. We had a difficult time installing because this set used a different valve than what was existing in the wall. If your valve needs replaced you may have to cut into the wall or hire a plumber. Overall this set is really nice, functions well, great value for the money and would recommend.

Just completed last minute bathroom project. I grew up a plumber's son, so spent high school and college evenings/weekends and summers doing plumbing. New construction, remodels, service, etc... I still do plumbing on the side for family and friends. We had another project having some tile work and the Mrs.'s found a tile she loved at the big box store. So she had to find a home for it our house. Went the best with our hall bath. The tile guy said he would leave his tools and tackle it the next week. So now was time to replace the shower valve if we were going to do it. Not to mention raise the valve and shower head higher. We attempted to find a valve at the big box store, but they didn't have the finish that we wanted to matched to rest of the bathroom fixtures. Amazon to the rescue. When it arrived, I was pleasantly surprised at the overall quality for the price point. The valve body is solid brass. The cut off valves built in is a nice touch, though I think I need to open them up as the water flow isn't what it should be. Just opened them. It didn't come with them fully open. Though didn't help the water flow. If using to fill a tub, don't expect tub filling super speed, but about average for a tub/shower combination valve. The handle, spout and shower arms are good quality metal as well. Heavier built than many big box brands. No pressure balancing in this valve, but not a huge deal as many valves aren't. My main concern is the valve trim plate. Normally they screw to the valve body. That makes it possible to mount a valve to a fiberglass wall without having to permanently affix the valve to the stud wall. That wasn't what I needed for this project anyways. However, this also allows there to be gaskets behind the plate to make a water tight seal. This does not do that. Not a deal breaker for me as it will keep most water away from the hole in the wall and whatever water gets back there should mostly stay on the shower side of the wall. I could silicone it to the wall and may do that. Again just a bit odd of a design. Why wouldn't you want that to be waterproof? If it is meant to be siliconed to the wall, you would never know as there are no directions other than a picture of the plate where it should slide on. One other install note. The tub spout is designed to go over 1/2" OD pipe. So CU/Pex/CPVC. The only way to get a rigid tub spout install is to use CU. If you know how to solder, not an issue. Otherwise you will want to get a copper stub out. and mount it well. I did a pex drop eared 90 and then made a stub out from 1/2' CU and MIP adapter I had running around. The valve body has 1/2" MIP threads. I didn't check buy you may be able to solder to the valve body as well. For what you get for the price, a solid buy. If you are a decent DIY'er with some plumbing skills, you should be able to install this.

I love this shower set! The matte black finish gives my bathroom a modern look, and it was super easy to install. It came with everything I needed, and the water pressure is great. Very happy with the quality and value for the price!

Honestly, I had high hopes but this product turned out terrible. We went to install the shower head, and the ball/rotation part came threaded crooked so after installing the shower head you can't even adjust the angle of the base shower head! Then we installed the handle hardware. We had to cut a piece out of the plastic for the cold water connection in order to screw it in properly. THEN we went to install the tub spout, and spent over an hour trying to fix it. It leaks where the set screw is. We tried loosening it, tightening it, plumbers tape, different angles, cut new piping, we tried literally everything and it still just leaks. Now we have to order a whole new tub spout at a MINIMMUM, but the best part is we don't even know if there are any issues with the shower head connection anywhere because we can't use the tub spout! So I won't be surprised if we wind up just replacing all the pieces. All bad all the way around.

This review is for the WRISIN Black Shower Faucet Set with Tub Spout. I purchased this kit for a new tub/shower installation. The packaging was very well thought out, everything in the box was in perfect condition. The black finish is beautiful. Installation was not difficult at all, easy to understand instructions. The threaded parts are all aluminum, not cheap plastic. You can tighten them up, and they seal well. The mixing valve function is smooth like butter. I saved hundreds of dollars purchasing this kit. It looks fantastic installed. I would highly recommend purchasing this product. They even throw in a small roll of teflon tape.

We love this shower faucet. It has a beautiful finish and looks really nice. The adjustable water pressures are great and having the removable shower head is amazing. We are very happy with our purchase

The shower head is flimsy and leaks. The shower head flops over because of the weight of the hand wand, pointing out of the shower. The range of spray settings is sub par. The knob to direct the flow is not intuitive and small, making it difficult to select.
