JAYROBB Strawberry Egg White Protein 24 oz, 1.5 Pound Bag

I really like this protein powder. First, it has minimal soy, in the form of lecithin!! If you are like me and have an unpleasant reaction to most soy products, you will most likely be ok with this product as I have noticed no issues from this powder. Also it has no fillers and is sweetened with stevia-no artificial sweeteners! There is a whopping 24g's of protein and amino acid goodness in the recommended scoop size so if you are not a body builder you can dial down the serving size and still get plenty of protein. Did I forget to mention first that this product tastes great and very Strawberry. Beyond the hype, it may well be the best tasting protein powder on the planet! I am a BIG fan of strawberries and most strawberry flavors taste artificial; this powder passes the taste test for me. For some unknown reason, most likely you won't find the strawberry flavor stocked at your local name brand health food stores but you can find it here on Amazon! I also like the packaging. It is in a resealable pouch and fits nicely in my 'fridge door. Unlike some products, the plastic zipper pouch is sturdy, opens and closes easily and doesn't come undone within seconds after closing. This size pouch lasts two to four months of daily use depending on your serving size. It has good shelf life and doesn't pick up smells in the 'fridge. If you are not accustomed to egg white protein you might be wondering "what do I do with this" or "how does it taste"? As directed you can mix a scoop directly into water, milk or juice but I like to put mine in a "green smoothie" - basically some spinach and fruit plus the protein powder. I use this as a meal replacement. I use about 1-2 cups spinach, 2-4 cups total frozen strawberries, banana and whatever else I want to put in there; then I add a nut milk and/or water and blend it all together until smooth; at the very end I add about 1/2 scoop of this protein powder and: DELICIOUS! It covers the strong taste of the greens enough to really enjoy them. DO NOT blend in the egg white protein until the last few seconds of mixing or your smoothie will become a "foamy". Yep, I did this a few times and overmixed it- very unappealing. Also as an aside, I do not at this time have a high power $$$$ blender, I just use a basic, inexpensive blender (Hamilton Beach Wave Station). I put the frozen fruit in last and that seems to help it all out. Anyway, there it is. Buy it. Enjoy it. Make a power smoothie and even if you aren't a body builder (yet) you can feel like an action hero as you go about your daily routines! At the very least, maybe just a happier, more energetic version of yourself! Good enough!

This truly is the best tasting protein powder. If you enjoyed strawberry quick or strawberry milk shakes as a kid, you'll love this product. I appreciate the egg white version more than whey. It's delicious and comforting. Easy on my senses and stomach.

I love Strawberry Quick. I always did as a child. This is the best of the Jay Robb powders for flavor and the ability to mix. My wife likes this one best and I do too. I have had Soy, Whey, Casein and just about every other protein powder that you can think of over the past 20 years. This is on par with some of the better powders I have consumed. The BEST part of Jay Robb egg white protein is that there are no added sugars or sweeteners. My wife and I are on a slow carb diet and these protein powders have enabled her to eat breakfast again. She is sick of eggs. We have all four flavors of the Egg White Protein and here is my list in order from best to worst tasting. My wife's is a little different. Best--Strawberry 2nd---Vanilla (this one is a little tough to mix, but a good shaker cup and ice helps) 3rd---Chocolate (I never enjoyed chocolate flavored protein of any variety. However, this one is my wife's second favorite). Unknown--Unflavored (We haven't tried it yet, but I have been tossing up trying it with the morning cup of Joe to see how coffee flavored protein will taste. My wife suggested adding Saigon Cinnamon and testing it out in that manner.

I like the flavor a lot. On its own with water, it tastes a bit artificial but I make it with cashew milk (or reg milk) and strawberries, then it tastes like an extra good strawberry milk. My ninja blender has no issues blending this. In my shaker bottle I shake vigorously with no issues with mixing either.

Absolutely DISGUSTING! 🤮 🤢 The mix ability is awful and flavor is worse! We used this in the past and absolutely loved it. Something has changed. It’s so bad that my kids won’t even drink it.

This product has everything going for it! My children love when I use this in their shakes. I am not a breakfast person, but add some banana, any fruit, avocado, or just simply almond milk and this will definitely start your day! I have been buying this for over a year! Jay and Beth (his wife) are the best people! I had the honor of meeting them and going out on their boat with my Aunt and Uncle. Jay and his wife are the most down to earth, welcoming, and friendly people - so worth buying product from!
