SAS Duo Adjustable Comfort Sandal Black 7 N - Narrow (AA)

My 10? 15? year old SAS sandals are finally so worn out they're embarrassing to wear in public. These are just as comfortable for my picky, wide feet, with bunions, hammertoes, plantar fasciitis, and other problems. Only shoes I can wear all day long without orthotics. So glad SAS still makes a quality leather sandal in many widths with a well cushioned and supportive footbed.

These sandals fit my hard to fit foot. I got ww and they were wide enough. Also, straps/buckles were wide enough too. And adjustable. I have problems with finding straps that are high or wide enough as I have a very high instep so am grateful I found these.However, there were a couple of problems. First there are bumps in the sandals just before where strap starts. I find these painful. Luckily I was able to use a tiny crab hammer to repeatedly hit the bumps which went down enough to not hurt me. So if you have the same problem with these bumps hurting your foot there is a solution.Second, I ordered these in white but the color is off some. They are light beige. Still an okay color, but would have really have preferred white. If you are counting on white you may want to order a different shoe.

I have been for YEARS looking for a casual, but feminine, QUALITY LEATHER women's sandal with BUCKLES (not velcro!) that's comfortable and attractive like I used to be able to get growing up! I'm in my mid 40s and want something classic and simple, but I need the comfort and want the style. This sandal is it!!! I lOVE it!!! I bought some Worishofer sandals last year that I didn't really like the looks of and the comfort was just okay and the buckle broke after only maybe 20 times wearing it! (For around the $80 I paid for them, I did NOT expect that!) I hope these SAS hold up- the brand used to signify quality when I was a child, so I hope it still does! :)

This is my third pair of SAS shoes. They all fit well and still after six years my first pair is going strong. This particular pair is beautiful.. The color is a shiny bronze leather with gold buckles. SAS sets the standard for comfortable long wearing shoes. I have one con and that is when I walk the arch of my foot Connects with the inner soul of the shoe in such a way that it makes a funny, slightly rude sound. But I’m sure this will go away with more wear.

This is the third pair of these sandals that I have purchased. Two were acquired more at least fifteen years ago (a pair in black and a pair in white.) I live in the city and do a lot of walking on hard surfaces so they have taken a lot of punishment over the years and are still more than serviceable. I bought this pair to replace the white sandals, only because they are beginning to look shabby. In general, I have found that my SAS shoes are the most comfortable and most durable of any shoes that I have owned. When these sandals arrived, I began wearing them immediately. They required no "break-in" time whatsoever. I put them on in the morning and completely forgot that I was wearing new shoes - they were that comfortable. I am wedded to discounts and coupons; I rarely purchase anything without some kind of promotion. SAS shoes are the exception. I paid full price and, based on my previous experience, they will be worth it.

A friend recommended these sandals as I have plantar fasciitis. She said they are so well padded that they helped her feet. They are extremely comfortable and look great!

These sandals are of excellent quality, the arch support is just right, and the width is perfect. Unfortunately in this design, the strap across my ankle is too high. It hits the top of my ankle in an uncomfortable spot. I can tell that if I were to walk in these sandals, the straps would leave red marks or maybe even blisters. A major disappointment for me, however for someone else they may be perfect!

SAS always delivers the best, and this pair of sandals is no exception! In fact, they are my favorite sandals ever. Just the right feminine touch added to an extremely comfortable sandal. I used to wear flip-flops frequently due to their convenience, but having substituted the buckle on these sandals for Velcro closures, these are now quick and easy, safe and so much better for my feet and posture in general. An appreciative senior gives 5 stars for SAS, as always!
