Nice Scale!
My first Eufy P3 worked great! Until it didn't. For some reason one day to the next it said i lost 30 pounds of muscle and gained 10 pounds of fat. I don't think that is humanly possible. After a week of bad results i contact Eufy by chat. The first person i reached said some weight fluctuations are normal, yes true but not by 30 pounds!! That person wanted photos so i mentioned if i get out of this chat i will lose you. They said to just request them when i get reconnected to chat. Im thinking here we go!! Im going to get the good old run around! I got back on the chat and reached someone else. I told them what the previous person said. They told me to hold on a moment while they reconnected me to that other person. Luckily that first person was not available because the new person i was chatting with was amazing! He noticed right away that the scale was bad and said he was going to ship me out a new one and i would have to return the old one so they can run some tests on it. Great! Thank you so much!!!! I was busy at work and didn't have time to return the scale right away so i was a little disappoint not to have my smart scale to weigh myself everyday. I know it sounds crazy to weigh myself everyday but i workout hard everyday and like to see what kind of results my hard working is getting me. 3 days later theres a package at my door and it was my new Eufy scale!!! I ripped it open like a kid at Xmas! I set it up and stepped on it and back in business!! Results were accurate again!! I did ship the back the bad scale but it took me maybe two weeks to find the time to get to the US post office. Sorry for the delay Eufy but thanks again! Now the issue i have with these smart scales. Im 48 years old and in better shape then most guys half my age but this scale says I have the body of an Obese 51 year old LoL, I recently bought a 56 metric scale (different brand) that says that I have a body of an Obese 56 year old. That scale I'm in the process of returning because it works when it wants too! Problem with these scales are BMI. If you are a larger person with a lot of muscle it doesn't care, body fat or muscle it only knows weight vs height. Example Im 5’ 11” 285 pounds on the more muscular side. I work out just about everyday. According to this scale and all other smart scales I am Obese. So if the smart scale is making all its calculations off of BMI then you will not be getting an accurate reading and the scale might actually discourage someone from working out instead assist. My wife hates these scales because of it. I tell her not to take the measurements to heart and use it as a tool to help track any improvements. I will keep shopping around for another 56 metric scale. Eufy if you are in the process of developing a 56 metric scale Im in the market for one!!!I was going to give the Eufy P3 scale 4 stars but their great customer service earned them an additional star!

Works well so far.
This scale is sleek glass and is super accurate if used on a hard (non-carpet) floor. It connects to the Bluetooth phone app easily and reliably. If used for more than one person the app can store other user profiles, but it still uses a single phone for others' straked results. If you need more than heart rate, %BF and weight then you need to spend more $. Batteries have lasted over 6 months ths so far. Maybe I'll update this review after 1 or 2 years. So far so good. We are happy with it. It does try to connect to the phone as soon as someone steps onto it.

Love that it is water-tolerant, reliable and dependable!
I was looking for a scale that would have a long life - even in a humid bathroom, and would sync with Garmin. This one fits the bill and more. I'm very happy with it. Below is my experience with it so far.But first, there is some misinformation in some of the other reviews, at least based on the current version of the app, so I'll take a moment to share current state. You can set whether you want the scale to show your weight in pounds, in kilograms, or in stones in the app. It remembers the setting. You can also use a button on the bottom of the scale to switch between unit types (when the app connects, its setting will override the button). You can turn off the electrical signals (used to measure bioimpedence for body fat and other body composition calculations the scale makes). You will want to do this if you are pregnant or have a pacemaker or other ICD. In the app, set the scale to Simple mode. It will then record your weight and will forego the other measurements. You can share it with others in the household, and it will automatically distinguish between users whose weight differs by around 6 pounds or more. If you are all similar weights, it won't distinguish and you have to help by manually switching the user in the app.Ok, on with the pros and cons.PROSIt is precise. Multiple weigh-ins all in a row are the same, or in the case of body fat percentage, are very, very close.I keep my scale in the bathroom, so I love that this scale has an IPX5 rating and I don't have to worry if it happens to get sprayed with some water. My husband and I both use it and it automatically detects us and gives us each our own data on our phone. (Our weights are significantly different, and it does not confuse us.)It supports syncing with the Eufy app over wifi if your have it available where the scale is. This is a much more reliable communication method than Bluetooth (less spotty, less hiccups and associated delay), and it doesn't require you to have your phone near the scale in order to sync.It also supports syncing with the Eufy app using Bluetooth if or when you don't have wifi available. Any smart phone or tablet can connect this way. With somewhat convoluted app-to-app-to-app communication, I can in fact have my weight go automatically to Garmin Connect (eufy -> Fitbit -> MyFitnessPal -> Garmin Connect). I hope this doesn't break before eufy gives us something more direct. You can track body measurements in the app, and they provide a measuring tape with the scale. If you're serious about losing fat and keeping muscle, or about increasing muscle, this is much more important to track than overall weight. I love that they have this in the app!Weigh-ins are relatively quick.Turning it on is easy - just a quick partial step onto it and off again and then it's ready. The app is actively being changed and worked on.CONSMeasuring bioimpedence is not a very accurate way to measure body fat percentage and body composition. This is true of any scale you stand on for the measurement, not just this one.The default setting in the app for it to remind you to weigh daily is awful and ill-advised. I quickly unchecked each day to just turn this off. A default of weekly is much more in-line.There is a lot of information in the app that seemed "hidden" to me. It's definitely worthwhile going to the FAQs on the Eufy site and skimming through the ones on app features.Note: The pro version adds a heart rate measurement and the ability to get the bioimpedence measure without making sure your feet are on the metal sensors. Neither of these was of interest to me, so I went with the less expensive version.

Fragile but nice scale
Great digital scale. I will admit the app is cool to track health progress, but I like the scale and use it more with the app than with. It is fragile (glass top) Hot the corner and a piece of glass came off. The chip didn’t affect the function so I still use it.
