Perfect Addition to my Kohler Whitehaven Farmhouse Sink
I was a little concerned upon reading the reviews and the specifications as to whether this would even fit my sink. I chose to take the risk, as this seemed to check off all of the boxes in terms of what I was looking for (something simple, well constructed from quality materials, takes up little room, has a place for utensils, and looks nice). I was so happy to find that it fit perfectly in my 36" Kohler Whitehaven Farmhouse sink. I had planned to modify the rack, if needed, to make it fit, but luckily that wasn't necessary. The only modification I chose to make was to drill some neat and carefully spaced out drain holes in the cup, as I prefer to use it as a drainer and not a soaker. See the pics to see how it fits my sink and the drain holes I added. FYI: This product is made from stainless steel, and by design, should not rust. If for some reason yours does, there simply has to be a defect or the rust came from something else, which came into contact with the rack.

Nice quality and very useful. Cup does not have drain holes so be aware of that.
I've had this for a year and a half now and I really like it. It's sturdy and I've had no issues with rusting or a quality decline in the time I've owned it. I wash it in the dishwasher occasionally and that has presented no problems either. My only complaint is that the cup does not drain so if you're not paying attention, you'll have icky water in the bottom. I drilled a bunch of holes in it so it will drain but you still need to run it through the dishwasher to keep things clean. I use it for a dish brush and small bottle of dish soap. I would not put something I was going to eat from or clean with in it because of the drainage issue.

Love
Some men power required for the metal to lay flat on the countertop. Aside from that pure perfection, super sturdy, fits great.

works as it should
works and frees up space. allows brushes to dry standing up. make sure you match length of item with the width of the sink. not fault of seller if you dont match the numbers

Simple and versatile
This adjustable metal "rack-strip" works beautifully as a kind of portable shelf that hangs securely across a kitchen sink (with my particular double-sink dimensions, it fits front-to-back, but not side-to-side), suspended a couple of inches above the sink's bottom. I'm seriously considering getting a second one: it serves as a very stable supplementary drying rack for glasses, small pots, wash sponges, but also vertical items such as kitchen knives or spatulas, which can be stood upright through the sensibly spaced latticework of the wire grill. The width is just right for supporting a variety of flat-bottomed items, and the solidity of the structure makes it possible to rest things upright against it when they sit on the sink proper. If I got a second one, the 2 racks side-by-side would create a kind of "mezzanine" level in one of my sinks, allowing for more and larger items to drain handily. Like other customers, I am not so sure about the usefulness of the equally solid and simple removable oval plastic cup designed to fit in the curved end-portion on one side of the rack: because its mouth sits below the lip of the sink, it is likely to collect water, so items cannot be held in it without risking the development of mildew. Even if it had drainage holes (some customers have drilled them in), it is too deep for air to freely circulate through it. I'm planning to place the cup on the counter-top, and use it to hold miscellaneous items. The beauty of this rack is that it takes up very little room, but adds a lot.

Convenient organizer to keep counters near sink dry
This is a sturdy little rack that adjusts to fit kitchen sinks, and provides a nice way to air dry your sponges, dish towels, scrub brushes. Everything drips right into the sink, and air circulation below the rack helps the sponges dry faster. I bought one for both our houses, and it adjusted well to different sink styles. The charcoal container is more attractive with our counters than the white, but both work great for soaking fondue forks, or holding bottle brushes. Keeps the counter by the sink less cluttered. I put the soap dispenser on my old sponge holder to catch drips running down the side. So now the entire counter near the sink stays dry.

As expected, except for a little snafu
The ledge grips have a clear coat of silicone to hold the sink better. The issue with the rack I received is that one ledge grip has nice thick silicone as if double-dipped while the one on the other side has a very thin layer. It still works but sits at a very slight angle, a bit worrisome for glassware. The rack itself is bare metal. I’ll probably exchange it. Love the utensil cup.

Perfect for holding utensils!
Super handy! This sink extension is perfect for holding utensils, sponges, and small items that need to go somewhere. I didn’t want something that stuck to the side. It fits well, stays in place, and keeps the area neat. Great little addition to the kitchen!

Rusty spots appearing after few days if use. Reported issue to seller, so far no response. Like to request for resolution.

Very useful product. Made well and fits the sink perfectly given its expandable design. The only flaw is the lack of drain holes in the supplied white utensil cup which we remedied quickly with a drill.
