I bought this ladder as the dimensions described matched the pace available in my house. It says 62 inches in height when closed. But the actual height is 67.5.The worst part is it is not returnable, which was not clearly mentioned. It said return in 10 days. I just received it and trying to return it, but they are saying they will replace it. The product is not as per specification, and I have a right for refund. Replacement is of no use to me .Can anyone help me in this matter? I need guidance to go about it and claim.back my money.

Little heavy but Good product
After lot of search selected Parasnath 5 step ladder. I must say so far I am happy with the product. Though it is little heavy but quite stable and I don’t feel any fear using it.
