Karina Garcia's DIY Slime

My daughter loves making slime! This book gives some creative ways to change her traditional recipe. Take a look at the ingredients needed for each recipe. There are some unusual ingredients that you might not have around your house. We gave this to a friend as a gift because we liked it so much and we included all the ingredients needed to make the slime in the book.

Bought this book for my Slime OBSESSED niece who has been staying at my home in Colorado for the summer. Seriously the BEST SUMMER ACTIVITY EVER! Love the different recipes and all the really cool ways to create slime. She loved the book and I loved that it provided so much Slime Fun for her! Great :)

Easy directions - perfect for even younger kids.

There are a lot of recipes for different kinds of slime, the one I tried was the fruity, chewy slime because it was post halloween and I had the extra starburst lying around. It was easy but it took longer than I’d like (not her fault, i’m just impatient!) and you can’t let a kid do it. But I like that there wasn’t an age restriction on it since it was edible. This book (I tried another kind too) also calls for contact lens solution. But there are different kinds and it doesn’t specify what the chemical is- the one I use has peroxide in it that will burn the heck out of your eyes if you touch it to your eye, so I can’t imagine putting it into a slime that kids are going to touch. So, use your judgement on that, maybe test it out? I think the book means the multi purpose solution- I think those don’t burn if you touch it directly to your eye. This book has an age range on it, so that was good to know or I’d have totally let a 3 year old play with this!

My baby loves this book. I bought it last year for Christmas. I went out and bought most of the materials needed put them all in a box with this book and creates the ultimate slime kit. She loves it I regretted it....lol but she wasbhappy

A book about slime, I told my daughter she already knows everything there is to know about slime, but she really wanted this book. I think this book justified that she already knew everything there was to know. She loved being about to copy some of the recipe's again, some products we can't get in Canada but a short drive to the USA made it work!
