Works as intended.
I purchased this for a family member who has recently become bedridden and needs 24/7 care in home. This device is very easy to set up and is loud if you want / need it to be. The different chimes are a nice touch. I have had this device for a few months now with no issues to report. A quality device for a good price.I will update this review if any issues arise.

Just what my wife needed after her hip surgery.
After breaking here hip, my wife needed help getting in and out of bed, changing clothes, etc. so I got this unit for safety's sake and convenience.The unit is plenty loud, and has a huge selection of tunes, from simple ding-dongs to bits from pop and classical tunes. The sound is pleasant. It has a lanyard, and is simple to operate. Setting it up for the first time takes a bit of trial and error, but once you have the knack the rest is easy.
