Prevue Hendryx 62807 Naturals Rope Ladder Bird Toy, Large

Stella likes her bridges. this isnt as sturdy as I would like. The rope used to make the toy frays and crumbles apart, that then gives her extra things to play with but I would rather her be able to climb on it longer.

This bridge is HUGE and makes a great addition to my cage!

I like this product, happened to see an "open box" option for cheaper. When I got it the knots holding the carribbeaners in place weren't tied. I ended up having to fix it with zip ties. Why would Amazon sell a broken product?

Bigger than I expected but is great because I'm not limited to how I can string it. The wood was already chipping away but I appreciate that it comes it metal clips and is all safe for birds.

She's on this thing all the time so it gets a good rating from me. It is a lot bigger than it looks though. Would be good for smaller parrots.

Was a little hesitant to purchase due to reviews expressing concerns about globs of glue being present. Upon arrival though this ladder has no glue and the rope is strung through each wood piece and tied at the ends. The length of the ladder I received from the first wood step to the last wood step in the opposite end is 26 inches. The rope is a very thick and sturdy jute like rope which is very dark in color and not white as seen in the product picture. One wood step does have the bark coming off but I'm not too concerned about that considering I purchased this ladder with the intention of my bird using it as a chew toy if he wishes. So far I'm very pleased with this purchase and would buy it again.

I am super satisfied with my purchase. Our parakeets like to bite the sticks and the rope. I didn’t smell any strong odors from the product itself as others have commented. The ladder is meant for medium or large size birds but our parakeets don’t seem to mind. I removed the 4 metal hooks it came with, and instead used the rope itself to tie the ends from one side of the cage to the other. Given how thick the rope & sticks are, I don’t believe my parakeets will rip or break the ladder anytime soon.

I’m very happy that my bird atleast likes this product.. he doesn’t like anything else in his cage but is always on it 😊

Arrived quickly and was mostly as expected. The string attachment were a bit shorter than our current one which will not allow for re-knotting of the string. Our Cockatiel likes to eat the string so we have to re-knot the connection often.

I like that it’s nice looking, big and sturdy. Mine wasn’t chipped it was in perfect condition but my budgies chewed on it and broke it apart a week after even though they have lots of chewing toys in their cage
