Stopped working
It worked great when it was new. Three months later it stopped spinning the shaving head. Don’t know if it’s a common problem or just my unit. I’m well past the point where I’d expect a refund or replacement.

Misleading photo about size & setup
The product I received is much smaller than the one pictured. It also holds the shaver in a different place/orientation. The kit seems to be well constructed, but the foam cutouts are a little off making it take quite some effort to put the shaver and accessories in & outI would rate it 5 stars if the foam cutouts were properly contoured to the pieces, but they are off and that makes me give it a 4.

I was too quick to judge
So I bought this about 9 months ago and thought it was of poor quality/assembly because the button requires a lot of extra pressure to turn on. I did not think it would last, but it still works fantastic! The blades and clipper last a long time and the battery life is really excellent. Very convenient to use and does an excellent job, am very happy with my purchase.
