I recently tried out a collection of soap bars, each with its unique blend of ingredients and benefits. The No. 102 Original Bar is fantastic for a gentle exfoliation thanks to the pumice and apricot seed powder, while the olive fruit oil and shea butter keep my skin feeling moisturized. The No. 105 Moisturizing Bar, as expected, excels at hydration with its simple yet effective ingredients like olive fruit oil and shea butter. I found the No. 106 Charcoal Bar to be perfect for a deeper cleanse, as the charcoal powder really helps to draw out impurities. Lastly, the No. 108 Polishing Bar, enriched with avocado oil and bamboo stem extract, left my skin feeling polished and smooth without being too abrasive. Each bar has a distinct fragrance and a rich lather, making them a joy to use daily. However, if you're sensitive to scents or specific ingredients like coumarin or benzyl benzoate, you might want to check the ingredient list closely. Overall, this collection offers something for every skin need and preference, making it a versatile addition to any skincare routine. The only minor issue is can be expensive if not on sale, otherwise a favorite product in our houshold and much appreciated.

Been looking for a bath routine to get rid of my KP on my thighs and back of arms without expensive products or harmful chemicals. I’ve also tried cheap body scrubs made of sugar or salts with no results. Marlowe is a game changer. Bar soap 102 got rid of my KP in 2 weeks and I absolutely adore the scents. Doesn’t leave my skin feeling stripped/ dry and instead my skin feels hydrated. Also love that it’s sustainable palm oil. Says it’s for men but I think this is a universal product. For the price, results, and sustainability I think it’s worth every penny.

I love exfoliating bar soap and it’s so hard to find. This one is marketed to men, but soap doesn’t discriminate, right?!? It smells great and the exfoliation texture is great. I felt dry after using it, which was my only complaint. Overall, good exfoliating bar soap! Worth the price.

Once upon a time, in a steamy shower somewhere in Florida, a man discovered a soap that truly understood him. It had grit—just the way he liked it. Not that wimpy, smooth stuff. No, this soap had scrubbing power that made him feel like he could sand a piece of wood with his forearms. I, the trusty Amazon orderer of the household, was thrilled to find a 3-pack of this magical bar soap for just $21. Win-win, right?Fast forward to today, when I went to re-order... and bam! That price tag smacked me like a soggy loofah. $32 for three bars? For soap?? That’s more than $10 a bar—suddenly we’re washing like royalty, minus the luxury scent. I bought these in March 2025 and as I write this review its June 2025.Speaking of scent: we both agreed these bars don’t actually smell like much of anything. You could probably tell someone it’s “unscented beach boulder” and they’d believe you. It’s not offensive—just barely there, if at all.To be fair, the grit factor is still on point, and my husband loves that sandpaper-for-skin feel. But at this new price? There are plenty of other bar soaps out there with solid grit, better scents, and a much more reasonable cost per bar. So yes, it cleans. Yes, it exfoliates. But unless the ingredients are being hand-chiseled from a mystical mountain, this isn’t worth the new price tag.It was a 4-star fling... until inflation ruined the romance.
