Items were sturdy and well constructed.

I received only the wick trimmer, not the full set of tools (which does look like a nice giftable set from the photos). The wick trimmer is hefty and bronze. It would look nice on a coffee table tray or shelf next to a medium or large candle. They are not sharp enough for cutting paper, by design. I’ve actually been using them to prune some plants in a terrarium, because the length and the angle of the scissors are perfect for that.

Great value! Makes a perfect gift. The lids fit perfect on my large yankee candles. If you are looking for a lid this is like getting two lids for the price of one and the lid is very sturdy. The other items that come with this set are a bonus! The candle scissors cut perfectly. Arrived in a nice black box with everything packaged very nicely. I am keeping this for my own candles but if you need a nice gift that is good looking and very presentable I am sure this would look nice under the Christmas tree.I really this set and it's great quality.

I purchased this as a gift for someone who needed just the snuffer but when I saw the whole set I assumed she would love it. And she does. For $25 the quality is actually really stunning. The detail is so nice and all the pieces are heavy and not hollow or cheap feeling at all. Even the presentation is nice. It looks and feels like a $50-70 set. Super pleased and highly recommend!
