I run at 4:30 am and the drivers in my area pose a challenge to me. I have tried many different solutions, like reflectors and different headlamps, but none really kept me as safe as I like. This headlamp has about a 130 degree arc of light so cars can see me coming from three different directions. The lights are very bright, and on the low steady setting, a charge lasts about 4 hours. And, yes, if a car is headed toward me, I do get out of the way, but then I have to deal with running in the grass and not being able to see what I might trip on. This headlamp lights the way downward as well, so I am much safer when running.

My husband calls this my nerd light. It is super bright. The LED strip of white lights do get a little warm on your forehead, but not hot. The red lights are perfect for not ruining your night vision for taking notes or when fishing. The motion sensor is fantastic. That way you can easily turn the light on or off with no fumbling for the button

Lighting could be brighter but easy to use and keeps hands free. Recommend.

The included USB-C cables have longer connectors to reach into the housing. The dozen or so already laying around my house/shop do not correctly charge the light. The motion detection can be very sensitive in moderate lighting (turn on and off as I walk under vehicles on a lift, triggered by random objects etc). It is not as effective in total darkness, sometimes completely misses my hand even to the point of slapping it. Of course once it's on it can see your hand or other objects and turn back off but mileage may vary by use case.The brightness of the front panel is intense on high even in moderate lighting, the spot light is nicely focused and can light up some stuff that is harder to light up with centered spotlight headlamps. Battery life is decent, of course I would prefer longer but the form factor is good.For the brightness and price point (I think ~$30 or less for 2 lights when I bought them) I would recommend these lights to everyone that needs a headlamp. For my use cases the motion feature isn't useful but for something like cooking in an open area while having a beverage it would probably be great.

I brought these for going walking at night. Myself and my girlfriend use them. Very bright, surprisingly so, on full blast. No real need to use the softer light when outside. The motion detector worked intermittently, but that was irrelevant to me as I wasn't going to use it much. It does work, just not so intuitively. But if you need a good strong headlight when working or walking in the dark, this is a great product. Also I love the wide light dispersion, so I can see more around me and not spotlighted.

Light works better that any other headlight I have ever had. Lights up entire work area. Battery won't last all day on high setting, but medium works very well. The motion on/off feature is great in theory but is too sensitive to be practical. I've had the light turn on just by walking through a doorway. You can imagine what happens when you are working on a vehicle.

Very handy light, and quite bright.Pros: I like the two modes for brightness on the COB portion of the light. The sensor part of the light works, probably too well for my sake, but could probably get used to it. There are silicone bumps inside the band that work well to hold the light in it's place.Cons: I cannot wear it comfortably for extended periods of time. Maybe I need to loosen it some more, but it isn't very tight as is. The COB lights do get warm after a short time, but not uncomfortably so. I could see this as a problem if I was working hard and sweating already without the heat of the light. The motion sensor is very sensitive, as mentioned. Battery life is shorter than I care for. It would be great to have a light that had a six hour lifespan with the lights on the bright setting. After two hours of use, I noticed one individual COB LED had died...I hope no more bite it anytime soon.Overall, I would (and have) recommend(ed) this light. It's light weight, fairly comfortable and casts an excellent beam of light for working on stuff in dim places without forcing you to use a hand on a flashlight. This is a must for anyone who works on cars IMO. There is room for improvement as well, hence my 3 star rating. Excellent idea. Now, if Nebo would make one of these....😁
